Time With Tom was, originally, a goofball side project I had wherein I would post every single day, alternating between terrible haikus and (mostly terrible) one or two line ruminations on life. Or booze. Or pets. You know, whatever.

After the passing of Zero Shared Nickels, this blog became a slightly more seriously focused project, focused primarily around writing and photography. I discuss things I learn by writing, by talking with other writers, and by reading. I talk about photos I’ve taken, discuss my photo process, and put up some (hopefully interesting) pictures.

Really, this blog is me geeking out a bit over things. It will probably begin expanding into things like book, movie and music reviews, and who knows from there.
